(v) Your beneficiaries’ details, including names, IC numbers and/or their residential address;

(vi) Your elected guardians’ details, including names, IC numbers, their residential address and/or their mobile number;

(vii) Your witnesses’ details, including names, IC numbers, their residential address and/or their mobile number;

(viii) Your movable and immovable assets details;

(ix) Any other personal data derived from any legal documentation including Insurance Policies, Letter of Administration, Grant of Probate, Power of Attorney, Birth Certificate and Death Certificate, titles, vehicle registration cards, bank accounts documents, units trust, investment related documents and any governmental authorities.


2. Source of personal data

The information provided by the user of this Site shall be the main source of data. However, certain personal data can be obtained via publicly accessible sources including but not limited to public registries, web portal of government agencies, public search engines and websites.

You shall be fully aware that in order to do Trust Deed and other related documents (if any) drafting purpose, you shall allow us to disclose, use, process your personal data as follows:

(i) With service providers who work on our behalf, such as cloud storage providers, and other third party partners that provide features or functionalities we integrate into the Site, such as email communication providers;

(ii) With our advisors and service providers (including overseas providers) providing value-add services relating to the purposes for which the personal data is collected;

(iii) With our attorneys, accountants, auditors, tax consultant or other advisors when needed;

(iv) With regulatory authorities and enforcement agencies;

(v) Any court of law or any relevant party in connection with any claim or legal proceedings;
